These clips grip best on thicker material. They are more likely to slide on thinner fabrics. So if you are attaching these to a layer of t-shirt, for example, you ll want to bunch up the edge of the t-shirt or fold it multiple times to secure a better grip.
While these clips do comply with regulations regarding harmful substances, please remember that they are comprised of parts small enough to pose a choking hazard and should always be used under adult supervision.
Clips have a "soft" locking mechanism in the back that makes it slightly more difficult for small children to open the clips (see 3rd thumbnail image). To open, simply lift the lever in the rear first. Then pull the front mouth apart as you would a typical clip.
These are perfect for making any of your pacifier holders, bib or mitten clips, toy holder and/or sewing or ribbon crafts. They pair well with KAM snaps. Will not snag or rip fabric. No-rust alternative to metal clips.
