Octonauts teaches and reinforces early science concepts for children in pre-K through kindergarten (ages 3-5 years). Through action-packed gameplay, children develop their knowledge of ocean science, life science and ecosystems. Octonauts also helps young explorers build fundamental scientific inquiry and critical thinking skills as they learn about three different ocean zones and the sea creatures that live in them. The world of the Octonauts blends fictional and real elements, deepening the connections young children make with the world around them. Young explorers will learn about sea creatures, explore different ocean habitats, use problem solving skills and more. All while driving cool GUP vehicles, listening to creature sounds, using signature Octonauts gadgets and viewing real photographs from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Octonauts combines a unique and immersive undersea setting with a call to action: "Explore! Rescue! Protect!" Fast-paced and stimulating ocean adventures encourage kids to dive in and save the day. Choose the correct GUP vehicle to clear obstacles, ride along with Kwazii to rescue sea stars and help Peso treat injured sea creatures by bandaging bruises, giving medicine and more.
