These are sealed promotional decks by Decipher that were created during the height of the CCG s popularity, in 1995. These are sealed decks straight from Decipher, but do NOT include a box of any sort, as they never had one. These are not the starter decks that had instruction books, these are promo decks straight from Decipher for use in tournaments or as giveaways. In the Federation deck (A separate item for sale on Amazon as well) there are 61 cards, all identical in every starter deck. In the Klingon Deck there are 60 cards, each identical to every other 60 card Klingon Deck.
